After reviewing the fire engineer's original detail, One Stop identified that the nominated intumescent damper was not available in a size suited to the existing arrangement and proposed an alternative Promat detail. Installed 60mm PROMASIL fire board barriers forming penetrations for 200mm intumescent fire dampers across 14 locations on each of Levels 3 and 6. A separate tenancy fit-out stage supplied and installed 12 x 100mm Promat retrofit fire collars to PVC pipe penetrations through a solid masonry and concrete wall, fitted to both sides of a newly installed barrier across six locations, reinstating the penetrations to an FRL of -/120/120.
