Replacement of heavily corroded mechanical ductwork serving the stair pressurisation system, accessed via a purpose-designed cantilevered scaffold erected from roof level with heli-lift delivery and removal of materials. New insulated sheet metal ducting was installed with Blygold protective coating for the harbourside salt-air environment, then rewired, commissioned and tested.
