One Stop Fire rectified the intumescent and mechanical fire dampers serving the bathroom, ensuite, laundry and hallway risers throughout the building, along with the ground-floor entry above the roller door. Each damper was reinstalled with correctly formed penetrations, perimeter fire seals and breakaway connections to AS/NZS 1668.1, AS 1530.4 and AS 1682.2, then inspected and photographed in a full rectification schedule.
