One Stop Fire rectified the passive fire defects across both the North and South buildings, sealing 700 registered penetrations from the ground-floor carpark and pump room through to Level 19. Works covered electrical, communications and fire-services cupboards, hydrant, sprinkler, copper and A/C pipework, PVC services, lift and plant areas, garbage rooms and the retail and commercial tenancies, sealing through concrete, core-filled blockwork, Hebel and plasterboard substrates to 60, 90 and 120 minute ratings. Systems used were TBA FIREFLY mastic, HP intumescent mastic, Penowrap, fire-rated batt and two-way fire-rated board, installed to the tested systems and certified on completion against BCA 2022 Clause C4D15 and Specification 13.
